Patrick Joseph Garrity (born August 23, 1976) is an American former professional basketball player who played from 1998 to 2008 in the National Basketball Association (NBA). A capability forward who was known as a three-point marksman, Garrity played for the Phoenix Suns and the Orlando Magic. In 2016, Garrity became accomplice general governor of the Detroit Pistons.
At Lewis-Palmer High School in Monument, Colorado, Garrity was a three era All-State selection and part of the 1994 Class 4A State of Colorado High School Basketball Championship team. He was a three era All-State selection and the Class 4A player of the year for the 1993–94 season as competently as valedictorian of his tall school class. His jersey, number 53, is retired at Lewis-Palmer High School.
