Randy Livingston (born April 2, 1975) is an American former professional basketball artist and current coach. He played parts of eleven seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for nine substitute teams. The national high school artist in the country in 1993, Livingston’s scholastic and professional careers were marked by a series of injuries that hampered his play.
Livingston attended New Orleans’ Isidore Newman School along in the same way as standout quarterback Peyton Manning, where he was named the High School co-player of the year in 1992 (with Jason Kidd) and 1993 (with Rasheed Wallace). Livingston next played in the McDonald’s All-American Game and Magic’s Roundball Classic. He was ranked as the #1 player in the 1993 class, over Rasheed Wallace and Jerry Stackhouse. Isidore Newman School retired Livingston’s #50 jersey in 2013.
After tall school, Livingston attended Louisiana State University but lonely appeared in 32 games higher than two seasons because of knee problems.
